1.Frame
The straight seam welding machine for boilers, bathtub heaters, solar boilers, cooling tanks is welded by high-quality structural steel, with compact structure and reasonable layout. All welded parts are finished after eliminating internal stress. It has the advantages of beautiful, practical, convenient operation and wide applicability of the whole machine (stainless steel, stainless iron, cold rolled plate, aluminum plate, copper plate)

2.The welding torch lifting mechanism ensures that the welding torch can be automatically and quickly lowered to the original position before and after welding; the micro-motion adjustment mechanism can keep the welding torch in an ideal position during the welding process
 

 

3. Welding torch adjustment mechanism: installed on the sliding plate of the walking mechanism, divided into the welding torch pneumatic lifting mechanism and the manual micro-motion adjustment mechanism.

4.Electrical control system: Delta programmable logic controller (PLC) is used to complete the centralized control of each action in the welding process.
The automatic solar straight seam barrel welding machine adopts industrial man-machine interface to display and set parameters.
