Operating procedures:

The straightening machine is specially used for welding H-beam straightening equipment, in which the main drive roller and the upper pressure roller are made of high-quality alloy steel and undergo heat treatment to ensure service life. The machine is simple to operate and easy to learn.

1. Clean the equipment and remove the sundries that hinder the operation of the equipment and H-beam;

2. Adjust the relevant positions of the upper frame according to the width and thickness of the corrected H-beam flange plate, so that the tunnel can meet the needs of the H-beam range;

3. Run the straightening machine in an idle operation, and the transmission components must run smoothly without abnormal phenomena such as overheating;

4. Send the end of the H-beam into the straightening machine, stop the operation of the main drive roller, start the pressing motor according to the thickness of the wing plate and its deformation, and adjust the one-time pressing amount.

5. Adjust the position of the guide roller of the automatic flange plate straightening machine according to the thickness of the H-shaped steel web, the width of the H-shaped steel wing plate and the deformation in the length direction to ensure that the guide roller is not subject to excessive axial force.

6. When working, the H-beam flange plate straightening machine must pay strict attention to safety. If a fault occurs, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the work can be resumed after the fault is eliminated.
