The 250T hydraulic fit up welding roller rotator is one of the main equipment used for multi-section grouping/fitting up, lengthening and welding in the air cylinder offshore wind tower factory.

The working principle of the 250-ton hydraulic group to the roller rotator:

The two roller seat bases are placed on the guide rail, and the hydraulic cylinders are vertically lifted to adjust the center distance of the roller seat, so that the workpiece can be moved up, down, left, right, front, and back, which is convenient for the grouping of the workpiece.

Each set of hydraulic fit up welding turning roller consists of two identical driven Rollers.

Each driven roller frame is equipped with two sets of hydraulic cylinders to drive the roller assembly system.

The hydraulic cylinder is used to adjust the center distance of the roller assembly or to move a certain roller to align the tank cylinder.

The hydraulic system adopts a set of hydraulic pump station to supply oil to each hydraulic cylinder uniformly, the hydraulic cylinder can be operated and controlled separately, and each hydraulic cylinder can drive a roller assembly independently.
