The Column and boom welding manipulator is a true circumferential and straight seam welding cantilevered automated design for welding pipe, tank or vessel fabrication.
The Welding manipulator can walk up, down, left and right, and is used to meet tank workpieces of different sizes and diameters. The welding manipulator produced by Wuxi Lemar ranges from 1m*1m to 10m*10m. The base can be fixed or rotated 360 degrees automatically or manually. The linear guide manipulator column mast is equipped with a screw lift and optional servo motor to achieve precise welding head positioning.
This mobile, cantilevered welding operator manipulator is easy to install and is ideal for pipe welding shops that need to easily relocate automated pipe manipulator systems anywhere on the pipe welding shop floor.
