Instructions for use of CNC face milling machine
1. Before starting the work, observe the lubrication of the bed guide rails, slide tables and other parts of the Box beam End face milling machine. Because the machine has many lubrication points, it should be ensured that the lubrication is sufficient. For other precautions, please refer to the operating regulations of the machine tool industry.
2. Pay attention to the fast and slow operation of the slide table:
(1) Slow cutting motion: press the fast-forward button to fast-forward the worktable, and when cutting is required, press the work-forward button to start the worktable; when the cutting is finished, the worktable stops first, and then presses the fast-reverse button to quickly return the worktable , when the rear limit switch is pressed, the table stops moving.
(2)Rapid movement of the table of T beam end face milling equipment: At this time, you can select the fast gear, and jog fast forward (or fast backward) to the required position, which can reduce the auxiliary time of cutting.
