3.The column is a rectangular beam with a rectangular double guide rail structure, and the guide rail material is steel.
The column is made of standard profiles, and the welding internal stress is treated after welding and then machined.
The clamping method between the column and the guide seat is that each guide rail is clamped on three sides, which is more stable and reliable than the triangular guide.
 

4.The cross arm of column welding manipulator is also formed by plate assembly, with a rectangular double guide rail structure.
The guide rail material of column and boom welding rotators is steel, which is tempered after welding and then machined, which can ensure the straightness of the processed guide rail and the stability of the equipment operation

5.The horizontal movement of the cross arm is realized by the frequency conversion motor driving the rack and pinion through the special worm gear + gear reducer, and its movement speed can be adjusted arbitrarily within a certain range according to the welding needs.
