1 Installation Requirements
The basic flatness should be ≤ 0.1mm/m. It is recommended to install it on a steel structure bracket or a concrete base.
Use a level to adjust and ensure that the global horizontal error is ≤ 0.05mm/m.
2 Daily Operation Specifications
Use special positioning pins when installing the fixture. Directly striking the tabletop is prohibited.
Welding spatter should be cleaned up in a timely manner to avoid blocking the positioning holes.
3 Maintenance
Daily: Clean the hole system with compressed air.
Weekly: Check the flatness of the tabletop.
Monthly: Apply antirust oil (non-nitrided version).
