Structure introduction:

The box beam fuse electroslag welding machine is mainly composed of a cantilever frame, a traveling trolley, and a fuse type electroslag welding device.

1. The cantilever frame is the skeleton of the fuse electroslag welding machine of the box beam production line, and it mainly plays the role of placing the wire feeder and wire feeding tube.
2. The lower part of the cantilever frame is a walking trolley, and the motor drives the whole frame and the welding head to move together through the reducer.
3.The wire drum, water cooling box, electric control box and electroslag welding machine are placed on the top, and the conductive device is the hanging cable to conduct electricity

4. The clamping mechanism (three-dimensional adjustment mechanism) of the welding head is installed on the cantilever frame and can be adjusted left and right along the horizontal guide rail to ensure that the electroslag welding nozzle is aligned with the welding point.
