Durable 40T self aligning tank turning rolls with polyurethane wheel
The roller rotator is composed of a roller set, a main drive worm, an electronic control device and other parts.
The roller set is made of steel and rubber, with large pressure bearing capacity and long rubber wheel life.
The main drive worm adopts a cylindrical worm with arc teeth and a worm tooth surface with a long life.
Quenched and ground, the load-bearing capacity is twice that of the universal cylindrical worm, with high efficiency and long service life. Turning rotator machine base is equipped with a scale, and the user can adjust the distance between the two wheel sets according to the diameter of the cylinder.

(3) After the equipment is installed, check whether all parts of the equipment meet the assembly requirements and ensure the normality of the electrical wiring of each part. Check and clean the periphery of the equipment to ensure that there are no obstacles that affect the normal operation of the rotator stands. Only after several tasks have been successfully completed should the equipment be powered on and put into operation.
