Product Description

The automatic H-beam production line is composed of CNC straight cutting machine, H-beam straightening machine, H-beam erecting machine, H-beam door welding machine, and H-beam shot blasting machine.
 

Double cantilever T-type gantry submerged arc welding machine is a special equipment for welding large H-beams.

The structure of double cantilever T-type gantry submerged arc welding machine is basically the same as that of the gantry welding machine, but it is more widely used than the gantry submerged arc welding machine.

It is more suitable for large H-beams with a height of welded webs greater than 1.8m.

Two or more welds can be welded at the same time, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of the operator and provides the efficiency of H-beam manufacturing.

The automated production speeds up the production of H-shaped steel box beams and improves the production efficiency.
