The welding manipulator is generally composed of columns, beams, slewing mechanisms, trolleys and other components.
Unique beam and column section design, stress relief after welding, planed and ground into shape. Light weight, high strength and good stability.
The design of the telescopic arm inside the beam can effectively increase the horizontal telescopic distance of the beam.
The columns and beams are made of bent and welded structural parts, which have good rigidity.
Light(1000*1000/2000*2000/3000*3000mm welding manipulator), medium(4000*4000/5000*5000mm welding manipulator) and heavy welding manipulators all (6000*6000/7000*7000/8000*8000mm welding manipulator)use triangular guide rails.
The ultra-heavy welding manipulator (more than 9000*9000mm) adopts flat square guide rails, all of which are processed by planer, which ensures the high precision and wear resistance of the guide rails.
