Adjustable idler and driver Rotators are composed of a driving roller and a passive idle roller;
The linear speed of workpiece rotation is 6-60m/h;
It can meet various welding requirements such as manual welding, automatic surfacing welding, and automatic submerged arc welding;
Vessel welding rolls driving rotator is driven by two motors respectively, and the stepless speed change is realized by the speed regulating motor and the speed regulating controller through frequency conversion or electromagnetic speed regulation;
The distance between the rollers of Screw adjustable welding rotators can be adjusted by screw or grading to meet the welding requirements of workpieces of different specifications.
