Product Description

The hydraulic Alignment welding rotator is mainly composed of the base, the driven roller assembly, the hydraulic cylinder and the hydraulic control system.

The hydraulic cylinder on the roller rotator drives the roller seat to move to adjust the center height and the left and right positions of the cylinder, so that the two cylinders are aligned.

After alignment, position spot welding is performed on the joint of the two cylinders through the joint action of the welding machine and the roller frame.

The hydraulic fit up welding roller rotator can be applied to pipes and tanks of different diameters, and can realize stepless speed regulation, low transmission noise, and stable working rotation.

The characteristics of the hydraulic group to the roller rotator :

1. Each set is composed of two identical driven frames.

Each driven welding roller is equipped with two sets of hydraulic cylinder-driven roller assembly systems.
The hydraulic system adopts a set of hydraulic pump stations to supply oil to each hydraulic cylinder uniformly.
It can be operated and controlled separately, and each hydraulic cylinder can drive a roller assembly independently.

2. The main body of the welding roller adopts 35# cast steel wheel (can also be customized according to customer requirements)

3. When welding tanks in pairs, the center angle of the workpiece is between 45°-110°, or when it exceeds this range, it can be achieved by adjusting the center distance of the welding turning rollers. The center distance of the roller seat is adjusted by the screw holes.  

4. There is a rail seat under the base of the offshore adjustable hydraulic welding rotator, and the roller frame can be stably fixed on the track through the screws on the side. It can effectively prevent side slip and roll, and ensure work safety.
