How to check whether the structure of the welding positioner is reasonable:
1. Check the rotary drive motor of the positioner
(1) The rotary drive motor of turning table welding positioner should realize stepless speed regulation and can realize braking.
(2) Within the range of rotation speed, the fluctuation of rotation speed should not exceed 5% when bearing the maximum load.
2. Check the positioner flip drive
