About box girder prefabrication:
The box beam is composed of 4 steel plates (2 web steel plates and 2 flange steel plates). The 4 welding seams of these 4 plates are processed in sections, grooved and fully welded to form boxes of various sizes. beam.
The two ends of the box beam and the connecting parts need to be provided with inner partitions, which are used as reinforcing rib plates, usually using manual arc welding and melting nozzle electroslag welding machines.
