Features:
1. Cantilever gantry walking frame: The components of the cantilever gantry are connected by a bolt mechanism.
The gantry travel is driven by AC motor, and after being decelerated by the reducer, it can realize vertical idling or welding.
2. Move the skateboard left and right: the skateboard is installed on the beam, and its main function is to drive the guide column to move left and right on the beam of the gantry.
The lateral movement adopts the AC motor as the driving force, and the drive reducer drives the rack and pinion mechanism to realize the left and right movement of the saddle.
3. There are 8 sets of guide wheels installed on the slide plate of the double cantilever type double arc double wire gantry welding machine, which are in contact with the beam and the guide column respectively.
Among the 8 sets of guide wheels, 4 sets of wheels are eccentric wheels, and 4 sets of eccentric wheels are installed.
The function is that when there is a gap between the guide wheel and the beam or column, the gap of each component can be easily adjusted to ensure that the equipment can work stably after long-term use.
4. The guide column of the H-shaped steel box beam automatic submerged arc welding machine is fixed on the saddle through the guide wheel.
The up and down movement of the guide column drives the reducer through the height adjustment motor on the saddle, which drives the driving gear and the teeth on the guide column.
The bar contacts to realize the up and down movement of the guide column.

5. Safety device: In order to facilitate the operator to operate on the platform above the cantilever gantry welding, a climbing ladder is installed on one side of the cantilever gantry welding, and the climbing ladder is welded with steel pipes.
