The welding hydraulic positioner is mainly composed of the welding positioner frame, the welding table, the slewing mechanism, the turning mechanism, the lifting mechanism and the electrical control part.

Principle of lifting mechanism of welding lifting positioner:
The hydraulic lifting mechanism consists of a hydraulic cylinder and a support arm.
One end of the hydraulic cylinder is connected to the base, and the other end is connected to the lifting arm.
The telescopic pull of the hydraulic cylinder pulls the lifting arm to achieve the function of lifting the workpiece.
The lifting speed of the oil cylinder is 0.8m/min.
