Product Usage
Welding positioner turntable:
The welding positioner is a welding piece displacement machine that rotates and tilts the workpiece so that the weld on the workpiece is placed in a favorable position for welding. It is mainly used for non-long workpieces such as racks, machine bases, flanges, and heads.
Welding turning rotator:
The welding roller rotator is a welding piece displacement machine that drives the selection of cylindrical workpieces by means of the friction between the active roller and the workpiece.It is mainly used for the assembly and welding of cylindrical workpieces, and is a common process equipment in the production of boiler vessels.
Column and boom welding manipulator:
The welding manipulator is to accurately send and keep the head of the welding machine at the position to be welded, or move the head of the welding machine along a prescribed trajectory at a selected welding speed. The welding manipulator is used in conjunction with the positioner and the roller frame to complete the welding of longitudinal seams, circular seams, and spiral seams, and can also be used for automatic surfacing, cutting, flaw detection, grinding, and painting.
