The slewing mechanism of the Welding positioner table is driven by the famous brand DC motor, the rotation is infinitely adjustable, and the low speed is stable;

Welding Turntable has a central through hole, the diameter of the through hole can be selected from various specifications such as 70mm/90mm/120mm/140mm/175mm, and the long pipe flange can be directly passed through the through hole, which makes welding more convenient and fast;

The movable guide rail and pneumatic tail top are optional to realize the functions of self-centering and automatic clamping of the workpiece;

The special anti-electromagnetic interference design effectively reduces the high-frequency interference during TIG welding and improves the welding quality;

Timing function, can control the working state and working time of the welding machine, and realize the linkage between the positioner and the welding machine

Common faults and troubleshooting methods

1. The rotary motor does not move
Check whether the inverter of the positioner is of normal voltage and has voltage output;
Check forward and reverse given signals FWD, FEV, COM and speed given signals
Check whether the inverter and potentiometer RP2 are normal
