Vertical H beam assembly machine with Auto CO2 Welding or Manual welding
Suit for H beam or T beam Flange and Web plate assembly.
Flange and web were fixed by spot welding.
The H-beam assembly machine is used to complete the automatic clamping and centering of the H-beam web and flange plate.
The gas shielded welding spot welding part is controlled by PLC, which can realize the automatic assembly and spot welding of the variable-section H-beam.
The manual adjustment process is avoided, and the guide of the lifting beam adopts the method of four square rails, which is more stable when assembling the variable-section beam.
