The roller rotator is adjustable, and the adjustment method of the roller seat adopts screw classification to adapt to the change of the diameter of the workpiece.
The base of the roller rotator adopts welded parts and is composed of a base and a roller seat. The structure design is reasonable, and it has the advantages of good rigidity; the steel plate has sufficient strength; each moving part of the equipment is equipped with a lubrication system.
All the structural parts of the roller rotator are stress-relieved and annealed after welding, reprocessed, and sandblasted to ensure long-term performance and service life.
