The welding roller rotator is driven by double gearboxes and double motors, with large driving force.
Using high-quality frequency conversion speed regulator, the performance is reliable.
The center distance adjustment of the adjustable roller frame: under normal circumstances, the screw rod is used for adjustment of less than 2 tons, and the bolt step adjustment is used for more than 5 tons.
The design speed of the roller frame is stepless speed regulation by frequency conversion.
The design can be extended according to the needs of users, and it can be made into various deformation adjustable roller frames such as walking type, screw adjustment type, lifting type, and tilting type.

The welding rotator series includes models that are self-aligning, adjustable, vehicle-mounted, tilting, and anti-drift. 
They are used to rotate the cylindrical workpiece for TIG MIG SAW Circumferential welding,or for assembling.
Features as below:
1. To adapt to the diameter of the work piece, the adjustable welding rotator's center distance can be changed using lead screws or designated screw holes.
2. The roller driver uses a cycloidal planetary gear reducer or a worm reduction gear mode and is dual-motor operated.
3. The roller comes in three different configurations depending on the needs of the customer: sub-rubber tire roller, steel wheels, and steel and plastic combination wheels. It can also be used to manage other pieces of equipment.
