3D flexible welding platform must have precise flatness. To have precise flatness, the following conditions must be met:
1. Thickness requirements: working surface thickness, side wall thickness and height, and bottom rib thickness, height and density.
2. Material requirements: high-strength cast iron HT200-300, hardness: HB170-240; Q355 steel material hardness must reach HB450-600.
3. Artificial annealing: annealing and aging treatment at a high temperature of 600-700 degrees in a tempering kiln.
4. Trachoma and pores: 3D Jig fixture table does not allow pores and trachoma
5. Sand cleaning and painting: The bottom surface of the Table should be sanded thoroughly, clean and sprayed with anti-rust paint. The sides should be flat before painting.
6. Packaging requirements: Mainly wooden packaging, use thick wood to cover the 3D welding tabale top, and make fully enclosed packaging if necessary.
