Wear Resistance: The microporous structure on the surface of the cast iron can adsorb lubricating oil, reducing the sliding wear of the fixture.
2. Nitriding Surface Treatment
• Process: Gas or ion nitriding to form a hard nitrided layer (white bright layer) on the surface.
• Advantages:
Super-hard Surface: The hardness can reach 900 - 1100 HV, far exceeding that of ordinary cast iron (200 - 300 HV).
Zero Deformation: Low-temperature treatment (<600°C) does not change the size of the substrate, making it suitable for precision platforms.
Rust and Sticking Resistance: The nitrided layer resists the adhesion of welding spatter, making cleaning more convenient.
3. Precision Design Features
• D16 Hole System Standard:
The hole diameter is 16mm, and the pitch is 50×50mm or 100×100mm (German DIN standard).
The hole wall is hardened, and repeated insertion and extraction of the positioning pin do not easily cause wear.

The upper surface is the nitrided working area, and the bottom surface can be processed with T-slots or a weight reduction structure.

Maintenance and Usage Taboos
• Cleaning: Use a copper brush to clean welding slag. Do not use a steel brush to scratch the surface.

• Prohibition of Modification: Do not drill/tap on the platform, as it will damage the integrity of the nitrided layer.
