Steel structure automatic spot welding assembly machine alignment work:
1. The centering and clamping of the flange web of the main engine adopts the synchronous action of the linkage mechanism.
2. There are two sets of centering and clamping devices for the web of the flange plate, which are respectively driven by hydraulic cylinders. The hydraulic cylinders of the h beam assembling machines push the racks to drive the gears to rotate, and the gears drive other transmission mechanisms (sprocket chains), which are then converted into Linear motion, push and pull the flange web clamping wheel synchronously on both sides to complete the centering and clamping of the flange web.
3. The hydraulic cylinder of H beam steel structure automatic assembly machine is used to clamp the web of the wing plate, which not only has a large force, but also increases the flexibility of the clamping of the web of the wing plate.
4. When the width of the wing plate is irregular due to cutting or other reasons, or when the thickness of the web is changed due to the length of the welding seam, it can automatically expand and contract to avoid affecting the passage of the workpiece.
