The adjustable roller rotator is divided into screw adjustable type and bolt adjustable type.

The screw adjustable turning rolls can be used to adjust the center distance of the moving roller according to the diameter of the cylinder. Features of Adjustable screw type welding turning rolls rotator:

1. KTG-02 series screw adjustable roller frame is mainly composed of active roller frame (1 set), passive roller frame (1 set), electric control system (1 set) and so on.

2. Bilateral drive, frequency conversion adjustment, high precision and large torque. The active walking roller frame is driven by two motors through the reducer to drive the two rollers respectively to realize the rotary drive, and the rollers of the driven frame have no driving power.

3. The roller frame is adjustable, and the adjustment method adopts manual screw adjustment. The center distance of the roller can be adjusted by shaking the screw to adapt to the change of the diameter of the workpiece.

4. The rollers of this machine are steel-glued wheels or polyurethane wheels, which have larger frictional force.

5. The speed of the roller adopts the stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, and the start and stop are stable.

6. There are hoisting lugs around the active and passive frame, which is convenient for equipment relocation and adjustment.

7. The electric control system is composed of an electric control cabinet and an operation box. The electric control cabinet adopts an independent piano-type cabinet, which is placed on one side of the active roller frame, and the operation box uses wire control.
