Working Principles and Core Functions
Constructing 3D Fixtures: Operators, just like building with Lego, use accessories to construct a temporary yet extremely precise "scaffolding" and "fixture combination" on the platform surface and in the space above, firmly securing the workpiece in the designed position.
Ensuring Ultimate Precision: All positioning and clamping are based on the same precision coordinate system (D28 hole array), fundamentally eliminating cumulative errors and achieving a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm to ±0.1mm.
Enabling Quick Changeover: Once the fixture scheme for a certain product is designed (even simulated by software), it can be recorded and replicated. When switching products, it is only necessary to disassemble the old accessories and assemble the new ones according to the drawings, which can shorten the changeover time from several hours to several minutes.
