The difference between adjustable and self-adjusting welding roller:

Self-adjusting welding rollers:

The self-adjusting roller frame is composed of two sets of main and auxiliary machines, namely the active roller frame and the passive roller frame. Each group of active and passive frames of the self-adjusting series has four rollers. The rollers are made of an inner iron core and an outer rubber structure.

The operation of the active roller frame is synchronously driven by the speed-regulating motor through two worm gear reduction boxes, and the speed-regulating controller is used to achieve no speed change.

The mechanical transmission noise is low, the rotation of the workpiece is stable, and each group of clamp frames is automatically adjusted within a certain diameter of the workpiece.

When the diameter is small, the lower wheels of each group of clamp frames are on the same horizontal line.

Adjustable Pipe welding Roller:

The adjustable roller frame is a displacement machine that drives the weldment to rotate by means of the friction between the active roller and the weldment.

Only one roller part of the adjustable roller frame is the driving roller part, and the other is the driven roller part. The drive device adopts variable frequency speed regulation motor, which drives the roller parts through the reducer, and drives the pipes for welding rotation.

The adjustment of the distance between the roller parts in each roller frame is done manually, using the positioning bolts according to the welding conditions.
