30 Ton  self-adjusting welding roller frame has 8 rubber wheels or steel wheels.
Through the friction between the tank and the wheels, the distance between the wheels can be adjusted according to the diameter of the pipe during the automatic welding process of the pipe. It can automatically turn over pipes with a maximum load of 30 tons.

Features :

1. Welding rotator can be combined arbitrarily according to the weight and length of the pipe, which is convenient and flexible to use;

Skills requirement

1. Automatically adjust the swing angle of the wheel set according to the diameter of the workpiece, and can automatically adjust the production technical requirements of Lemar:

The manufacturing and assembly accuracy of the roller frame should meet the requirements of the 8-level accuracy in the national standard. The roller frame should be made of high-quality steel. If a base of welded construction is used, a stress relief heat treatment must be performed after welding.

2.The roller frame must be equipped with a reliable conductive device, and the welding current is not allowed to flow through the bearing of the roller frame.

 

3.When the cylindrical workpiece is welded on the anti-axial movement roller frame, the axial movement of the workpiece during the whole welding process should be ≤±3mm.

4. The center distance of each pair of rollers of the roller frame must be adjusted according to the diameter of the cylindrical workpiece to ensure that the wrapping angle between the two rollers is 45° larger than 110°.
