Wuxi Lemar Machinery Equipments Co.,ltd is mainly engaged in automatic welding equipment, CNC plasma cutting machine, welding roller frame, welding manipulator, welding positioner, wind power tower production line, H-beam production line, Box beam automatic welding equipment, plasma welding equipment, we are 3 in 1--- R & D, manufacturing and sales.
The mobile and electric rotary automatic welding manipulator is combined with the welding roller stand and welding positioner, etc.
It is a special equipment for automatic welding of the inner and outer circular seams, fillet welds, and inner and outer longitudinal seams of the pipe body.
Column and boom welding manipulator has various structural forms such as fixed type, rotary type, and all-position.
According to the needs of users, the structure can be selected and matched with various welding machines, and auxiliary functions such as tracking, swinging, monitoring, flux recovery and transportation can be added, and various special-purpose manipulators can also be designed and manufactured for users.

Gas shielded welding is suitable for plate thickness ≥ 3mm. The main applicable materials are: carbon steel stainless steel aluminum plate |
|||||||
Submerged arc welding is mainly used for ≥6mm plates, mainly carbon steel, but also stainless steel. It is recommended to choose a water-cooled welding torch and a water-cooler to prevent the welding temperature from being too high. |
Here are some guidelines on how to use a welding manipulator:
1. Familiarize yourself with the welding manipulator's controls, features, and safety procedures. Follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully.
2. Identify the welding workpiece to be joined and position it appropriately on the welding manipulator platform.
3. Determine the desired welding position, speed, and other welding parameters based on the welding workpiece material, welding tool, and welding technique.
4. Adjust the welding manipulator to the required position and ensure that it is securely clamped or bolted to the welding workstation.
5. Turn on the welding tool and carefully move it to the welding position, following the welding manipulator's movement.
6. Start the welding process, ensuring that the welding tool moves smoothly and at the desired speed along the welding workpiece.
7. Monitor the welding process closely, adjusting the welding parameters if necessary to ensure that the welding quality meets the required standards.
8. Once the welding process is complete, turn off the welding tool and carefully remove it from the welding workpiece.
9. Disconnect and store the welding manipulator properly, following the manufacturer's instructions and safety guidelines.
