Product Description

TIG MIG welding positioner is an ideal equipment for circumferential seam welding of dragged pipes and round pipe fittings.

The 300KG welding positioner adopts the stepless speed regulating DC motor, which can adjust the welding speed of the appropriate flange pipe according to the customer's requirements.

Welding rotary platform is driven by the motor and the reduction box to drive the large and small gears to rotate, thereby driving the table top of the positioner to rotate, realizing 360° infinite rotation, and can complete 0-90 degree turning.

The 300kg welding rotary table is mainly used for pipes with a weight of ≤300kg and pipe cylinder diameter of 10mm-600mm.
Optional chucks are 300, 400, 500 welding chuck, 600 welding chuck.

 About the warranty:

1. All our machines (H-beam production line, Box beam automatic welding line, Welding manipulator, Welding rotator, Welding positioner, Seam straight welding machine) have a shelf life of 12 months. In 0-12 months, the machine will be repaired free of charge (consumable parts are not covered by the warranty), the user does not follow the requirements of the manual, wrong installation and use or non-professional installation/repair/change/disassembly caused by equipment machine failures and damages are not covered under warranty.

2. If the warranty period exceeds 12 months, we will provide technical guidance for life. If the machine fails to repair, we only charge the cost of accessories, and the freight needs to be borne by the customer.
