40T Adjustable Pipe Alignment Rollers fit up welding rotators

Vessel Turning Roller rotator can be used with manual welding as a device for testing and assembling cylindrical workpieces.
The use of welding roller frames can greatly improve the quality of welds, reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency.
Adjustable welding roller stand consists of an active roller and a passive roller.
The active roller is driven by two motors respectively. Through the speed-regulating motor, the speed-regulating controller achieves stepless speed change through frequency conversion speed regulation or electromagnetic speed regulation. The distance between the rollers is adjusted through screw rods or screw steps to meet the welding requirements of workpieces of different specifications.
The pipeline roller rotator can meet the needs of various different weldings such as manual welding, automatic surfacing welding, and automatic submerged arc welding, as well as meet the needs of workpieces.
