The self-adjusting welding roller frame belongs to the combined roller frame.

The Self aligned welding turning rotator is composed of an active roller frame and a driven roller frame, which can be combined arbitrarily according to the weight and length of the workpiece (pipe, tank) when used.

Therefore, self adjustable welding rotator is convenient and flexible to use, and has stronger adaptability to welding parts, and is currently the most widely used structure of roller frames.
 

 

Features:

1. The roller frame is mainly composed of four parts: active frame / driven frame / control box / manual control box

2. The active frame is composed of motor/reducer/base/roller and roller bracket. The roller welding rotator is driven by a three-phase asynchronous motor with frequency modulation by a frequency converter.
After the reducer is decelerated, the roller drives the workpiece to realize speed control.

6. The Self-adjustable rotator has been powered on and debugged when it leaves the factory.
If the user finds that the speed is out of control or intermittent operation occurs, he can check whether the internal program of the inverter has been changed, and check the inverter function table to set the required functions.

 

Welding roller frame installation instructions:

The master/slave roller frame of this machine must be installed on the same plane and the same horizontal centerline.
The specific requirements and adjustment methods of welding turning rolls are as follows:
1. Allowable error of installation ground flatness: 0.2/1000mm
2. Place the main-slave frame on an appropriate level as required, and use a ruler to test whether the diagonal length of the main-slave roller frame is equal, with an error of ±2mm
3. During normal operation, the roller frame must be in contact with four wheels. If only two wheels are in contact with the workpiece, the weight of the workpiece must be reduced by 50%.
4. The maximum length of the workpiece is 6 meters. If the length exceeds the specified length, two roller racks are required, and the active rack is placed in the middle.
