Automatic Longitudinal and Circumferential Welding Manipulator Welding Machine
Welding manipulator is a machine used in welding to position and hold workpieces in place during the welding process.
It is a mechanical arm that can be moved and adjusted to hold the workpiece at the desired angle and position for the welder.
The manipulator can also rotate the workpiece to allow for welding in different areas of the workpiece.
The use of welding manipulators helps to increase efficiency and accuracy in the welding process.

There are two drive modes for the reverse movement of the elastic arm of the welding manipulator, which are manual and constant speed electric.
The manual welding operation frame is commonly used in the girth welding of small pipes and cylinders, while the electric welding operation frame with rotation is mostly used in the welding of large and medium-sized wind power tanks, and their reverse speed is generally 0.6r/min.
Not only that, the welding manipulator manufactured by Wuxi Lemar will be equipped with manual locking device in the reversing system of the elastic arm to ensure the safety of the equipment during operation.
