Z18 Automatic H Beam Web and Flange Assembly Machine
The H-beam automatic assembly machine is mainly used to assemble the flange and webs of the H-beam.
Working principle of H-beam automatic assembly machine:
1.The plasma or flame straight cutting machine cuts the steel beam plate
2.The flattened steel plate (flange plate, web plate) is hoisted onto the input roller table of the assembling machine, and the three sets of clamping devices of the assembling machine are used.
3.The web is preliminarily clamped and positioned, and the H-beam and T-beam are fed into the main machine by the active input roller table. The size of the web and the flange beam plate can be adjusted on the H beam assembling machine, and the H-beam workpiece can be accurately positioned and centered, the automatic cycle button is turned on.
4.Head positioning spot welding can be carried out, and then the H-beam steel with the spot welding number is transferred from the assembly machine with a crane, and then sent to the gantry type submerged arc welding machine for automatic submerged arc welding work.
