Product Description

In order to make the inner clapboard of the box girder and the perimeter of the box tightly welded, when the clapboard is assembled, the space required for vertical electroslag welding is reserved between the clapboard and the perimeter.
The supporting box beam is transported to the frame of the cantilever vertical electroslag welding machine through the roller table, and the vertical electroslag welding machine suspended on the cantilever support performs vertical electroslag welding on the reserved holes of the box beams.

According to the different requirements of users, electroslag welding has two types: welding wire and consumable nozzle.

The wire electrode electroslag welding machine has high welding efficiency and low cost of use, but the equipment cost is much higher than that of the consumable electroslag welding machine. Mainly used for mass production of box beams.

Although the consumable nozzle electroslag welding machine is simple and convenient to operate, the welding efficiency of the equipment is low. Mainly used for small batch box girder production.
