150-800mm Automatic H beam Horizontal Arc Welding Machine Assembly line
The production methods of H beam steel structure can be divided into the following procedures:
Plate pretreatment→Flame gas oxygen cutting-H-beam web flange assembly→Submerged arc welding→Flaw detection→Flange straightening→End surface milling→Drilling →Cleaning and coating.

The H-beam assembly machine adopts the form of synchronous clamping and centering on both sides, so that the flange and web of the H-beam are precisely aligned with the same center line.
After hydraulic clamping, the web plate and flange plate of the H-beam are welded by a CO2 welding machine and invert arc spot welding at the same time.
PLC controls the whole process of pairing, fast feeding and slow spot welding.
