Daily maintenance of Vessel Welding Rollers:

1. In order to ensure the performance of the welding rotator, all transmission parts should be lubricated regularly and irregularly, and the cycloidal pinwheel reducer must be inspected monthly to supplement the lubricating oil.
2. The working principle of welding turning rotator is to use friction to do work. All transmission parts are not lubricated and are strictly prohibited to be used.
3. Before restarting the roller frame that has been sealed for a long time, the grease must be replaced to avoid damage to the machine.
4. During use, the roller contacts the weldment, and it is strictly forbidden for the welding seam or sharp parts to contact the roller to avoid damage to the roller.

5. When hoisting and placing the workpiece, it is strictly forbidden to hit the roller vigorously to prevent damage to the roller or other components.
When the automatic welding rotator is not fixed, strong impact may cause the equipment to overturn.

6. When the roller frame is used for a small diameter cylinder, if the cylinder moves axially, the adjusting bolts under the arc plate can be adjusted to adjust the lifting position of the roller to ensure that the working position of the cylinder is in a proper state.
