Welding column arm manipulator description
1. The column and arm manipulator are mainly used for the inner seam, outer seam, longitudinal seam and circumferential seam welding of pipe fittings.
2. Rotating 360° column rotation, can be manually locked at any position.
3. Weld seam tracker, monitor, flux recovery machine and SAW, MIG welding system can be integrated into the manipulator welder.
4. The automatic welding manipulator can be used with tank welding roller, rotary welding positioner.
5. The brake device ensures that the column works in a safe environment.
6. Customized manipulator requirements are accepted.
7. The anti-fall device is tested before delivery.
9. The end of the arm is equipped with an electric lateral slide device for adjusting the welding gun.
10. Remote manual control, all functions are available on the remote manual box.
