Column and boom welding manipulator characteristics:

1. It has the advantages of good guide seat force, wide contact surface of guide wheel and stable and reliable transmission.

2, the equipment is mainly composed of column, cross arm, guide device, lifting mechanism and climbing shield, etc.

3, the column is rectangular beam, rectangular double guide rail structure form, guide rail material is 16Mn steel. The column adopts rectangular tube, which is machined after welding. The clamping mode of column and guide seat is that each guide rail has three sides clamping, which is more stable and reliable than triangle guide rail.

4, the arm also adopts rectangular tube forming, rectangular double guide rail structure form, guide rail material 16Mn steel, welding and then machining, can ensure the straightness of the processed guide rail and the stability of equipment operation.
 

5. The horizontal movement of the transverse arm is realized by the frequency conversion motor through the special worm and worm + gear reducer to drive the rack and pinion. The movement speed can be adjusted arbitrarily within a certain range according to the welding needs.

6, the cross arm and column are adopted large cross-section rectangular beam structure, the cross arm section of 300×200, column section of 400×400, to ensure that it has good rigidity. The guide rail is processed by large gantry milling, which has the advantages of small machining deformation and higher surface accuracy.

7, the front end of the welding arm is equipped with electric cross adjustment mechanism, so that the welding gun is aligned with the welding seam position, convenient adjustment.

8. The top of the column is a transverse arm lifting mechanism, which is realized by ac brake motor driving worm gear reducer. Adopt double safety device of worm gear and AC brake motor. Another ratchet mechanism is provided on the guide device. When the chain may have an accident due to the impact of a larger external force (the designed safety factor is 10 times), the ratchet mechanism will lock the guide seat and the arm on the column to prevent the arm from falling accidentally.
