The roller stand rotator is used to holds the round workpiece on the roller. The rotation of the roller drives the workpiece to rotate and the speed is adjustable.

1. Polyurethane roller
Polyurethane is an emerging organic polymer material and has good oil resistance, toughness, wear resistance, and aging resistance. The polyurethane rollers for the vessel welding rotator produced by our factory are cast from imported polyurethane and have excellent tensile strength, The tear strength, wear resistance and other properties are 3-5 times higher than ordinary rubber.
2. Steel-rubber combination roller
The steel-rubber combination has a large pressure-bearing capacity and the rubber wheels have a long service life. The main drive worm adopts ZC arc tooth cylindrical worm. The worm tooth surface has been quenched and ground. The load-bearing capacity is twice that of the general cylindrical worm. It has high efficiency and long service life.
