It adopts the D16 precision hole system (standard holes with a 16mm pitch), with a working size of 800×1200mm and a tabletop thickness of 100mm. Its core design is targeted at the high-precision and low-deformation requirements of laser welding, is compatible with automated integration, and is widely used in high-end manufacturing fields such as precision electronics, medical devices, and new energy batteries.

The slot system combination fixtures are available in three sizes: 16mm, 12mm, and 8mm, corresponding to large, medium, and small combination fixtures, respectively. Choose the appropriate structural type based on your specific requirements.
3.Select the right material and manufacturing process: Choose a platform produced by a regular manufacturer to ensure that the material meets national standards (such as cast iron HT200-300) and that the manufacturing process is excellent. Pay attention to checking the hardness of the working surface of the platform, which should be HB170-240 and has been properly heat-treated to ensure its stability and durability.
