There are many types of welding rotator, such as self-adjusting type roller frames, adjustable turning rolls, mobile type rollers, and anti-axial movement type rotator.
The self-adjusting roller rotator can be adjusted by itself according to the size of the cylinder, and the adjustable roller frame can be adjusted by screw rod and screw grading adjustment.

Self-adjusting roller Rotator:
The self-adjusting roller Rotator is composed of two sets of driving wheels and driven wheels, namely the active rollers and the passive roller frame.
Each group of active and passive frames of the self-adjusting series has four rollers.
For each set of self-aligning welding rorator has 8 rollers.

Adjustable welding rotator:
The adjustable roller rotator is a displacement machine that drives the weldment to rotate by means of the friction between the active roller and the weldment.
Only one roller part of the adjustable roller frame is the driving roller part, and the other is the driven roller part.
The drive device adopts variable frequency speed regulation motor, which drives the roller parts through the reducer, and drives the welding parts for welding rotation.
Manually adjust the spacing of the roller parts in each roller frame, and use the adjustment anchor bolts to complete the welding of pipes or tanks of different diameters according to the welding conditions.
