This Pipe Flange Elbow automatic welding machine is specially developed and designed for the welding of automobile steering drive shaft, which can effectively improve welding efficiency and save labor costs.
Features
1.This PLC Circular seam welding machine adopts a horizontal structure, which is made of welded structural parts after annealing, so as to ensure that the guide rails of the bed are not deformed;
2.The rotary machine head is driven by a DC motor or an AC variable frequency motor, and the speed is stable and reliable;
3.A welding fixture or a three-jaw chuck is installed at the end of the spindle for clamping and positioning the workpiece;
4.The tailstock can be tightened pneumatically or manually, and the end can choose different welding fixtures or movable tops according to the different workpiece forms;
5.The tailstock can slide on the guide rail of the bed, and the distance between the headstock and the tailstock can be adjusted to suit workpieces of different lengths;
6.The welding gun mechanism can move to the corresponding position along the direction of the guide rail according to the different welding positions of the workpiece;
7.The manual three-dimensional adjustment mechanism and rotation mechanism of the welding torch can meet the micro-adjustment needs when the welding torch is accurately aligned to the welding position;
8.The pneumatic lifting mechanism of the welding torch and the pneumatic jacking mechanism of the tailstock can meet the requirements of automatic welding and automatic clamping, and improve production efficiency;
9.According to the requirements of workpiece welding, optional pneumatic lifting bracket, welding seam tracking device, welding oscillator;
