Automatic centering Assembly machine for H beam I beam steel structure:

The H-beam assembling machine adopts the form of synchronous clamping and centering on both sides, so that the wings and webs of the H-beam are precisely aligned with the same center line. After hydraulic clamping, two CO2 welding machines on both sides perform spot welding.

PLC controls the whole process of group pairing, fast feeding and slow spot welding.

With good assembly precision and high degree of automation, it is a necessary equipment for metallurgical machinery, ships and various metal structure manufacturing industries.

H-beam assembly machine configuration:

The automatic spot welding system (optional) is equipped with two KR350/500 carbon dioxide gas shielded welding machines, including wire feeders.

The hydraulic system adopts the products of Sino-foreign joint venture company and is equipped with filter protection to ensure the stable operation of the hydraulic system.

The input roller table adopts hydraulic automatic clamping, which makes the centering operation more convenient.

Various welding parameters, such as welding speed, assembly speed, welding interval, etc., are easy to set, which reduces the difficulty of operation and enables ordinary workers to operate and use.
