Rotator should meet the below technology:
1. A DC motor or an AC wide speed-adjustable motor should be used to drive the active roller through a gearbox.
2. The peripheral speed of the active roller should meet the requirements of the welding process, and the range of stepless speed regulation is 6-60m/h. According to different welding processes, the speed fluctuation can be divided into level A and level B. The rotation speed of the roller should be uniform and stable, and crawling is not allowed.
3. The manufacturing and assembly accuracy of the welded roller frame should meet the specified level 8 accuracy requirements. The material should be made of high-quality steel, and the stress should be eliminated and heat treated after welding.
4. The roller frame must be equipped with a reliable conductive device, and welding current is not allowed to flow through the bearing and cause damage.
5. The center distance of each pair of rollers must be adjusted accordingly according to the diameter of the cylinder workpiece to ensure that the wrapping angle of the two rollers to the cylinder is 45°-110°.
