The assembly machine is a machine specially used to assemble H-beams

During processing, it can hold the web and flange of the H-beam.

After the machine is started, the H-beam will be rolled to the other end by the input roller table on the automatic assembly machine.

When passing through the assembly machine gantry, the assembly machine adjusts The basic assembly work of H-beam is completed by automatic spot welding or manual spot welding of exactly three plates (positions of web and flange).

After the H-beam is assembled, steel structure beam is hoisted to the gantry type submerged arc welding machine or the cantilever type submerged arc welding machine for submerged arc welding of the web and the wing plate.

After welding, hang beams to the H beam steel structure hydraulic or mechanical straightening machine for straightening and correction.
