1. Rotary motion of Welding turning table:
Welding turning positioner can rotate in any direction in its own plane.
Use the control switch on the electrical box to specify the forward and reverse directions of the rotation, and use the foot switch to start or stop the rotation.
The work transfer process of the Pipe flange welding positioner is: motor→belt→first-level worm gear pair→second-level worm gear pair→table.
The speed regulation method adopts the AC frequency converter to regulate the speed.
2. Automatic welding positioner equipment lubrication:
The worm gear reducer of this automatic welding positioner manipulator is lubricated with lubricating oil, the tilt adjustment mechanism and bearing are lubricated with grease, and the lubricating oil and grease should be replaced regularly.
Lubricating oil must be added before operation. Inject 30# mechanical oil into the gear box to where the oil mark is visible.
