Adjustable Vessel Turning Rolls With Precise Alignment
The ARC welding positioner rotator turning rolls can not only rotate small workpieces, but also can be used for heavy industrial cylinder rotation and welding.
The tank pipe turning rotators are similar to an inverted car chassis. Two pairs of front and rear wheels are installed on a rigid frame, one of which is a driven wheel for support and balance, and the other pair of driving wheels is connected to the motor through a gearbox.
When the TIG welding rotator is working, the driving wheel drives the circular workpiece to rotate through friction, and the driven wheel supports the workpiece. Due to the effect of friction, the driven wheel will also rotate with the workpiece, making the whole welding process smooth and continuous, which is conducive to the formation of welds with uniform height and size.
The essential work of the Tank Rolls Rotator is to support the workpiece and drive the workpiece to rotate at a constant speed, so that the surface of the workpiece to be welded forms a uniform outer ring weld or inner ring weld.
