Product Description

The H-beam automatic assembling machine is mainly composed of a gantry, a tie rod system, a hydraulic system, an input and output roller table, and an electric control system.
The main parts of this machine are all welded structural parts, which have high strength and light weight.

Working principle:
1. Preliminary positioning through the pull rod system
2. Then use the gantry for precise centering and clamping.
Among them, the precise centering and clamping process of the beam flange plate is as follows:
Hydraulic system--rack and pinion pair--sprocket chain pair--gear pair--screw pair transmission
The precise centering and clamping process of the web is as follows:
Hydraulic system -- gear rack pair -- sprocket chain pair -- screw pair transmission
The lifting and lowering of the main pressure roller is also realized by hydraulic pressure.
3. The hydraulic lifting and positioning device at the front of the gantry is used to align the wings and webs to ensure the straightness of the end face of the H-beam.
4. The speed of H-beam assembly machine can be changed by changing the output frequency of the inverter.
The entire H-beam automatic assembling process is all operated by the electric control button table, which is easy, convenient and accurate in positioning.
